Network SLA:
Hardware SLA:
To qualify for SLA credits, the client must report the downtime to our support team within 48 hours of the downtime occurrence. The client must provide evidence of the downtime, including but not limited to, traceroutes, ping logs, or any other diagnostic information.
The SLA credits will be applied to the client's account within 30 days of the downtime occurrence. SLA credits may only be used towards future payments for services provided by NOLAG SERVERS and may not be exchanged for cash.
Our SLA does not cover any downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, client negligence, client misconfiguration, third-party software or hardware, or any other factors outside of our control.
We reserve the right to modify this Service Level Agreement at any time. If you have any questions or concerns about our SLA, please contact our support team.
Our Fair Use Policy is designed to prevent any client from using an excessive amount of server resources that may adversely affect other clients. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of excessive resource usage, including but not limited to, temporary suspension of the account, upgrading the client's plan, or charging additional fees.
We do not define specific usage limits for CPU, RAM, I/O, or Network usage, as the limits vary depending on the server and the client's needs. However, we will monitor server resource usage and take action if we believe a client's usage is excessive and impacting the performance of the server or other clients' services.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or refund your service with us. Therefore, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience.
Refunds will be issued to clients who cancel their service within five (5) days of the service being provided. To be eligible for a refund, the client must submit a cancellation request through our ticketing system. Once the request has been received, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds will only be issued for the remaining balance of the service. For example, if you purchase a 12-month service and cancel within five days, you will receive a refund for the remaining 11 months of service.
We reserve the right to deny refunds to clients who violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity.
To cancel your service with us, you must submit a cancellation request through our ticketing system. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the next billing cycle to process the cancellation request.
If you cancel your service before the end of the billing cycle, we will not issue a refund for the remaining balance. However, your service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
If you cancel your service after the next billing cycle has already started, you will be responsible for paying for the entire month. For example, if your billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you will still be responsible for paying for the entire month.
Please note that we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately if you violate our terms of service or engage in any fraudulent activity.
